Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) is situated in the southern part of Wiesbaden inner city, on the southern side of the Ring Street (on Kaiser-Friedrich-Ring, near the place where it becomes Gustav-Stresemann-Ring). It is linked with the main central area (Marktplatz, Schlossplatz) by Bahnhofstrasse (Train Station Street) – it is about 10 minutes walk. Parallel to Bahnhofstrasse, each on one side, are Friedrich-Ebert-Allee and Adolfsallee.
Streets that go from the Ring to the south, parallel to the railroad tracks, are Biebricher Allee (in the west), Salzbachstrasse (small street in the east), and Mainzerstrasse (big street in the east). There is a shopping centre linked immediately to the train station. One block away there is Luther Church.
